Dr. Rashmi Rai is the Head of the Department at the School of Business and Management, Christ University. She has over two decades of experience in academia and administration. Dr. Rashmi holds two MBA degrees: one in Marketing from Pune University and the other in Human Resource from AIMA. She also earned a Ph.D. from Mewar University. Her research focuses on areas like Quality of Work Life, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership. She has authored and co-authored multiple articles and book chapters, indexed in Scopus and Web of Sciences. She has also guided many PhD scholars. Dr. Rashmi edited a book on Quality of Life, published by Taylor and Francis, indexed in Scopus. She has conducted numerous management workshops and chaired several national and international conferences.
